Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Hair Stylist, Barber, Colorist, or similar role

• Completed Cosmetology program

• Valid Cosmetology license for the state of employment

• Skilled in a variety of hair services and treatments (cuts, color, perms, etc.)

• Basic math skill - able to calculate discounts, commissions, and other necessary figures

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of hair services that enhance guests’ overall experience and well-being

• Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, highlights, and foiling to exceed client expectations

• Offer personalized consultations and hair treatments tailored to individual needs

• Educate clients on products, services, and maintenance to help them maintain their new styles

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry certifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work station in line with salon standards
